KG, Lintec GmbH & Co. KG & IPS- Eurotec Asia Pacific Pvt Ltd, Linnhoff India Pvt. Ltd is located in Mumbai since last 15 years and manufacturing unit is in Khed near Pune, Maharashtra. Linnhoff India is one of the most preferred supplier for asphalt and concrete plants for the road construction industries in India. They are the only supplier in the country for Mastic plant with complete accessories.

Ltd.Managing Director- Linnhoff (India), Mr. Ashok Tanna spoke about Linnhoff India vision, its potential market and significant elements to sustain and succeed in the Indian Market, “with 65% of market share our core business strength is in asphalt plants, however we should not depend on only one market. We have decided to diversify the products in the concrete batching plant like pre-cast, PQC, lot of housing etc. from next year. He added further, In India it’s the after sales that runs the market, it’s never the product that runs the market. So, the after-sale plays a very critical role to have a successful business. Our main mission is to strengthen our after sales to the point where the customer is 100% satisfied with the product and also with the company. We want to make our customer feel “WOW” about the product. This “WOW” factor comes from excellent quality, esthetic, lower operational cost & after-sales service.
Changing to NORD products helped us to shorten panel, reduction of cost & quicker delivery
For our drive requirements, NORD has been associated with Linnhoff for more than15 yrs with our parent company in Singapore. We brought the same association to India once we started our manufacturing in 2013. We have installed nearly 98% of drive units from NORD.

Rural India – Road Construction Market
Mr. Tanna said, “We have a huge market potential in the rural part of India. Roads are classified under a time-honoured system into National Highways (NHs), State Highways (SHs), Major District Roads (MDRs), Other District Roads (ODRs), and Village Roads (VRs), with well-recognized standards for construction and maintenance laid out in respect of each category. Rural segment with total 5.2 million Kilometers has been completely ignored in India. And the government is still focusing on highways consisting 125,000 Kms of national highways & 700,000 Kms of state highways.
We have already imagined gigantic boom in the road construction market in the near future. It will definitely take some time but we are positive with our new government rural development plan, mentioned by Mr. Tanna.
