NSK has released an updated version of its rolling bearings catalogue. Featuring all recently introduced products, the publication has been revised with customers in mind, and represents an essential guide to rolling bearings for engineers and specifiers across all sectors of manufacturing and machine building.
Gone are the days when mills depended on a strong stream of water or steady wind to power their wheels. In today’s mills, electric drives carry out various tasks, ensuring efficient and reliable performance. A special challenge lies in the fact that grinding is bound to create dust atmospheres that call for safe, explosion-proof drive configurations. The manufacturer NORD DRIVESYSTEMS has decades of experience in the industry and, drawing on a complete range of mechanical, electric, and electronic drive components, can swiftly provide suitable systems for any of the various applications in a grain mill, for instance fans and bucket elevators.
HLE, one of the largest manufacturers of filtration and drying equipment across the globe with a CAGR of 25%, established in the year 1981. Initially the company was formed to cater their own engineering needs of the fast growing “Patel Group” chemical companies. After 1995, with a rich experience in the chemical industry they started supplying Filters & Dryers to customers across India & few years later across

Eindhoven, July 2015 – Advantech’s new ADAM-5560CDS, is a cost efficient modular IPC controller based on CODESYS V3 embedded engineering platform equipped with an Intel Atom D510 CPU including controller specific features such as a watch dog, RAM with battery back-up and pre-installed with the real time embedded OS WIN CE6.0. The basic unit provides space for 7 internal I/O slots (for digital and analog I/O) which can totally support applications up to 224 I/O points. Two on board Ethernet ports (2xRJ45) allow the connectivity to multiple network architectures and remote I/O components.
Morgan Advanced Materials announces the availability of brazed assemblies for medical imaging applications using ceramic insulators. Assemblies are manufactured with proprietary grades of high purity alumina ceramic with superior electrical and dimensional stability across a wide temperature range. Morgan’s ceramic-to-metal assemblies for imaging components include high voltage insulators for CT scanning equipment, anodes and cathodes, filament insulators, getters and headers, as well as ceramic components used in vacuum tubes for x-ray equipment. Morgan’s materials and manufacturing process result in better seals with maximum hermeticity for high performance and extended life cycle. Advanced ceramics also allow higher voltages, which result in higher power and improved image resolution.
