FFS bagging machine from the ASSAC series


SSB exhibited an FFS bagging machine from the ASSAC series on the joint stand with PAYPER at the interpack trade fair. The bags are fed from a film roll, deflected, filled and sealed.

This machine is suitable for granular, light and flowing products, such as chemical fertilisers, plastic granules, dry salt, etc. The product is fed to the machine via a servo-controlled net weigher mod. PN/90 or PN/20 and via a downpipe with dosing flap.


The ASSAC FFS bagging machine is characterised by its compact and robust design with easy access for cleaning and maintenance. Available options include: Hygienic design for the food and chemical industries and an anti-corrosion configuration for processing corrosive and abrasive products.

It is one of the fastest bagging machines on the market with a capacity of up to 2,600 bags/hour.
