Sandvik Coromant launches webinar trio to support customers across Asia
Metal cutting leader Sandvik Coromant has launched a trio of webinars to support its customers in Indonesia, Thailand, India and the rest of Southeast Asia.
The webinars explore how to boost efficiency with digital solutions, the company’s most recently launched tools and its latest technologies, including its high-feed milling solution, CoroMill® MH20.
As part of its customer-centric focus, Sandvik Coromant regularly releases webinars and online guidance to support its global network of customers. These latest webinar launches, created specifically for customers across the Asia Pacific region, delve deep into common customer challenges and showcase the organization’s latest developments.
The first, a webinar about boosting efficiency with digital solutions, specifically focuses on how to make use of order tracking tools on the Sandvik Coromant website. The demonstration, hosted by Indonesia’s application specialist(s) and digital sales manager, Albert Waloni, aims to improve customers’ understanding of how to use features such as the online technical assistant to help customers quickly retrieve information and solutions regarding orders. In addition, the webinars explored tools that support digital machining processes, from planning and design to in-machining, such as CoroPlus® Tool Guide, CoroPlus® Tool Path and CoroPlus® Tool Supply.
For customers and distributors based in Thailand, Sandvik Coromant held a webinar centred around the latest additions to its product offering, delivering live product demonstrations of the CoroDrill® 860-PM, CoroPlus® Tool Supply, the new turning insert grades GC 4415 and 4425, and CoroMill® MH20.
Lastly, for customers in Southeast Asia and India, Sandvik Coromant has hosted a webinar demonstrating how its CoroMill® MH20 can maximise customers’ milling processes. The live demonstration of the tool was broadcast from the Sandvik Coromant Pune Center, India, to over 80 people.
