It can quickly happen that individual cartons or boxed coils are not tidied at the workplace. Therefore they can get in the way, and there is a risk that you or your colleagues will stumble over them. In this case, occupational safety is not guaranteed to the full extent.

With the modules, single cores are protected. You can hang the modules on the bar of the single core trolley or place them on the workshop trolley. Many customers also place the modules on the control cabinet. This gives a visually flawless appearance, and your work bench is free.

The systems facilitate handling and storage. With LAPP solutions the single cores are in modules. These can be easily removed and refilled with exact quantities. With the help of the single core trolley you can transport several single cores at the same time.

Simple winding and unwinding of single wires
If you pull the single core out of the cardboard box, a spiral is inevitably created. If you are not careful, a kink or twist will occur, which you must either reverse or cut off. The suspension in the single core trolley or in the TRONIC module makes it easy to wind and unwind single cores. The single core lies neatly in the cable duct. This also protects the product from damage.

The TRONIC Module consists of two TRONIC Single core boxes connected due to a rack. The frame design of the TRONIC Modules enables them to be stacked with other TRONIC Modules. Furthermore it supports the process of cutting single cores.

The TRONIC Box is the perfect solution for storing, transporting and handling single cores. These boxes are usually used in combination with a compatible single core trolley.
