Comau showcased SINUMERIK Run MyRobot /Direct Control alongside Siemens
The 16th China International Machine Tool Show (referred to as "CTMT2019") was successfully hosted on April 15. Alongside Siemens, Comau showcased SINUMERIK Run MyRobot /Direct Control in W1-A206. With Run MyRobot, the direct integration of numerical control system and robot can be realized.
At CTMT2019, the direct integration of the SINUMERIK CNC system and Comau robots was fully displayed. With the help of the Run MyRobot /Direct Control solution, robots can be directly integrated into the production environment in the Siemens Machine Tool CNC system and can be controlled by the SINUMERIK CNC system.
No additional robot controller is needed, which facilitates loading and unloading, handling and even direct processing.Comau robots and Run MyRobot /Direct Control offers the following competitive advantages:
