AVIXA concluded the twelfth edition of InfoComm India, held from 16 to 18 September 2026 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. The event served as a technology and business platform connecting enterprise and public sector buyers with Professional Audiovisual (Pro AV) and integrated experience systems.

Addressing the Industrial Challenge
Organizations executing digital transformation agendas require advanced audiovisual architectures to support modern enterprise collaboration, public administration, and mission-critical operations. Implementing high-tier Pro AV systems involves substantial capital investment, requiring direct coordination between equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and budget-authorized decision-makers. Deploying specialized communication infrastructure in expanding markets requires cross-functional evaluation to ensure interoperability across complex corporate and governmental networks.

Technical Solution and Responsibilities
The exhibition facilitated technical evaluation across the Pro AV ecosystem, focusing on hardware, software, and integrated communication infrastructure. AVIXA structured the event to convene both channel suppliers and enterprise end users. Industry professionals representing AV channels comprised nearly two-thirds of attendees, while technology end-users represented 33 percent. Decision-making density was concentrated at the executive level, with approximately four in ten participants occupying owner, C-suite, director, or functional leadership positions. Sarah Joyce, Chief Global Officer at AVIXA, stated: "What stood out this year was the calibre of buyers in the room — senior, budget-ready and here to build".

Deployment and Operational Integration
Multi-stakeholder participation supported enterprise-wide deployment strategies, with 41 percent of attendees arriving in corporate delegations of three or more representatives, and 240 organizations sending five or more personnel. Reliance deployed an 85-member delegation focused on end-user integration, alongside procurement teams from Tata group, Godrej & Boyce, Mahindra, Larsen & Toubro, and Adani. International technology developers including Microsoft, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Siemens, and Honeywell participated to align Pro AV platforms with enterprise IT and industrial networks.

Applications and Use Cases
The showcased audiovisual and experience technologies support critical monitoring, digital workflows, and control environments across multiple industries. Attending financial institutions including SBI, ICICI, HDFC, Barclays, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, and JPMorgan evaluated systems for secure data presentation and communications. In the public sector, bodies such as ISRO, DRDO, ONGC, Mumbai Metro Rail, AIIMS, and the Ministry of Home Affairs assessed technology architectures to advance national digital transformation initiatives.

Technology end-user attendance grew by 4.1 percent year-on-year.
