The collaboration between ANDRITZ and Dong Tien continues with the start-up of the third OCC line.
ANDRITZ has successfully commissioned a third OCC (old corrugated containers) recycled fiber line at Dong Tien-Long An Paper JSC’s board production mill in Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam.
The new line is designed to process 330 tonnes per day of mixed OCC, supporting the production of high-quality testliner for both domestic and export markets. The investment represents a strategic expansion of Dong Tien’s recycling capacity, enhancing pulp quality while reinforcing its commitment to sustainable and efficient operations.

A key component is the PrimePulping LC system, engineered to minimize fiber loss during pulping while ensuring efficient reject removal. The line also integrates the PrimeScreen X, equipped with patented rotor foils to maximize screening efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
This technology combination enables improved operational stability, optimized resource use, and high-quality fiber output—critical for premium testliner production.
