Already a distributor of EODev solutions in the region, Nexcellent Energy is now becoming a key strategic partner through the signing of a franchise agreement for the assembly, sale, and after-sales service of the GEH2 (110 kVA hydrogen fuel cell power generator) and the distribution of the BESSTIE (124 kWh battery energy storage system).

This new stage of collaboration strengthens EODev’s presence in the region, while reducing carbon footprint through localized manufacturing and providing a high level of responsiveness to meet the growing hydrogen energy market.

The agreement includes:
Exclusive rights for Nexcellent Energy to assemble, distribute and service GEH2 units in Taiwan.
Distribution of EODev battery systems (BESS) and upcoming high-power fuel cell generators.
Local expansion & value creation, throughout a deep understanding of the local market and applications for future developments.
Sustainable commitment by supporting the zero-emission shift and hydrogen market by providing custom-made solutions to embody the Climate Change Response Act.

“We are pleased to announce our partnership with Nexcellent Energy, which represents a significant milestone in EODev’s growth and the deployment of our solutions throughout the Asia-Pacific region,” stated Stéphane Jardin, Deputy CEO of EODev. “This collaboration strengthens our leadership in sustainable power generation and storage technologies, further supporting Taiwan’s decarbonization goals across industry, transportation, and infrastructure. Additionally, it expands our insights into new markets alongside leading technology experts. We anticipate many more opportunities for development through this partnership.”

Taiwan is among the most committed countries in Asia to achieving carbon neutrality, with a national strategy emphasizing hydrogen-based solutions. The government’s 2050 roadmap foresees hydrogen accounting for up to 12% of the national energy mix, supported by a $4 billion investment plan for 2025-2026 to develop the hydrogen ecosystem. Besides traditional uses, Taiwan’s rapid data center growth has increased grid congestion, making hydrogen an important solution to ease this strain.

Through this partnership, Nexcellent Energy and EODev aim to address these needs with locally produced, zero-emission power systems, while preparing the introduction of multi-megawatt hydrogen generators in the coming years.

"We are truly honored to partner with EODev. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Nexcellent Energy’s growth journey and an important step forward for Taiwan in advancing its role on the global hydrogen stage." said Howard Chen, CEO of Nexcellent Energy. “By combining EODev’s cutting-edge technologies with Taiwan’s OEM, ODM, and manufacturing strengths, we aim to accelerate the real-world adoption of hydrogen energy solutions across industries and infrastructure. We believe this partnership will bring strong momentum to Taiwan’s energy transition and set a new benchmark for sustainable development in the Asia-Pacific region.”
