GE Renewable Energy obtains VPC certification in Taiwan for its FLEXINVERTER technology

GE Renewable Energy today announced that it has obtained Voluntary Product Certification (VPC) in Taiwan for its FLEXINVERTER* (formerly known LV5+) for utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) plants. With up to 3.59 MW high power density, it is the largest size of Inverter that is certified for Taiwan.

BETA EL wire rope winches from Columbus McKinnon Engineered Products for height adjustment of a mobile work platform in industrial refractory furnaces

Columbus McKinnon Engineered Products has equipped a vertically travelling platform for demolition and lining work in vertical industrial furnaces with BETA EL electric wire rope winches of the Pfaff-silberblau brand so that high loads can be moved safely and reliably in synchronous operation over long stroke lengths.
